Remedies for joint pain relief


1. Garlic:-
Eat two garlic cloves every morning on empty stomach with water. Add some garlic buds and fry in any cooking oil. Cool this oil until it is lukewarm and massage the affected area. This method can be done twice a day. The medicinal properties of garlic cures neck pain, swelling and irritation.

2. Turmeric:-
Turmeric relaxes joint pain by speeding up blood circulation and also reduces neck stiffness. Therefore, use maximum turmeric.

3. Drink milk:-
Milk provides calcium and vitamin D to bones, which makes bones strong. If milk is not liked, other foods made from milk like cheese, curd etc. can also be eaten.

4. Ginger:-
Ginger is rich in medicinal properties that speed up blood circulation, thereby relieving neck pain. Boil ginger in water and add honey to it after cooling. And drink this tea 3 times a day. Massage with ginger oil of the affected part will also provide relief.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar:-
Soak a cloth in apple cider vinegar and apply it on the painful area and leave it for a few hours. Do this method twice a day. Two cups of apple cider vinegar can also be bathed by adding lukewarm water. Mixing raw apple cider vinegar and honey in a glass of water will also relieve pain.

6. Red Chili Powder:-
Heat one cup of coconut oil, add two tablespoons of red chili powder to it. Apply this mixture on the affected area and leave it for about 20 minutes. For more rest, apply this mixture on the painful part every day.

7. B Active:-
Always be active for the relief of joint pain, that is, the movement of joints should be continued. The stiffness in the joints is also felt by staying in the same position for a long time.

8. Hot and cold compress:-
For hot compress, wrap the bottle of hot water in a towel and compress the neck. Whereas, to cool the cold, wrap the pieces of ice in a towel, compress it with that towel. While compressing, the neck should be continuously compacted for at least two to three minutes. Repeat this entire process in 15 to 20 minutes. Do this method twice a day till you get rest.
To relieve joint pain, hot and cold compresses provide relief and warm compresses improve blood circulation while cold compresses reduce swelling and prickling.

9. Protect joints from injury:-
An injury to the joint can also break the bone, so protect the joint from injury. Whenever playing a sport in which there is a fear of injury to the joints, wear joint safety pads. Also wear braces while playing tennis and golf.

10. Weight Control:-
More body weight puts more pressure on the knees and waist, due to which there is a fear of breakdown of the cartilage. In such a situation, it is very important to keep the weight under control.

11. Do not do over stretching:-
Exercise stretching only three times a week. Instead of just starting the stretching, do warm-up exercises before that.

12. Maintain the correct posture:-
Getting up, sitting and walking in the right posture is very important for relieving joint pain. The right posture protects joints from neck to knees.

13. Exercise:-
Make exercise a part of daily routine for joint health. Swimming is also a good exercise for relieving joint pain.

14. Massage:-
Massage provides immense relief in body pain, the same process is also applicable in joint pain. Massage the affected area with coconut, olive, mustard or garlic oil. Rub the painful area while applying pressure with light hands. Doing this will provide relief from pain.

Diets that reduce joint pain:-


1.Salmon fish: - This fish is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. It helps in reducing the inflammation caused by joint pain.

2.Barry :- Strawberry or blueberry reduces joint pain and provides relief. The antioxidants present in it, especially bioflavonide, reduce pain to a great extent.

3.Vegetables:- If there is no balance of omega 3 fatty acids, then joint pain can occur, so to balance it, eat green vegetables like spinach, broccoli, onion, ginger etc. Stay away from carbohydrate foods like pasta, bread, fry food and junk food.

4.Nuts:- Omega 3 fatty acids and anti-oxidants are found in the seeds of almonds, cashews, acaroth and pumpkin, which reduces pain by reducing inflammation.

5.Olive oil:- This oil contains less fat and lots of antioxidants which is very good for bones and heart, it reduces inflammation and also reduces obesity.

6.Orange juice:- According to research, consuming vitamin C properly does not weaken bones. Otherwise, due to osteoporosis, joint pain occurs. So drink orange juice daily so that both bone and skin remain good.

Along with diet, you should also exercise daily. If you do not have much time, go for jogging or long walk. Exercise will eliminate obesity, which is a special cause of joint pain.
