Generally a lifestyle is directly reflects an individual's attitude, personality, values etc.
Different people has different life style such as -
some have creative,academic etc.
In other words sometimes lifestyle is totally depends upon their mind sets.
Better ways for a healthy lifestyle:-
Exactly the meaning of healthy life style is divided into five categories-
1.Healthy diet
2.Physical health
3.Mental health
4.Healthy body
5.Good mindset
These all are important for a good life style.
1.Healthy diet:-
Healthy diet means fresh fruits and green vegetables, fresh drinking water, avoid oily food, take proper balanced diet food etc.
Balanced diet food means the food which contains all types of vitamins and minerals.
2.physical health:-
Physical health is directly depends upon diet and physical exercises of the body.
Good physical health means being free from illness or injury.
The best ways to improve your physical health are:-
a. Regular exercises
b. Wash your hand and body properly means maintain hygiene .
c. Drink fresh water and eat healthy foods.
d. Take proper amount of rest or in other words take proper sleep according to your need upto 6-8 hours at night.
3.Mental health:-
Menatal health is also depends upon the above two means physical health and healthy diet.
Mental health include our emotions, mindset, behavior, and social well being.
Means how we feel, how we react, how we think etc.
Ways to improve our mental health :-
a. mental exercises such as meditation.
b. Take proper rest or break.
C. Maintain healthy thriving relationships etc.
4.Healthy body:-
Healthy body refers to -
a. good health.
b. good organ system .
c. proper amount of calories and minerals in the body.
at last but not least
d.healthy mindset.
All are responsible for a good and healthy body.
5.Healthy mindset :-
At last but not the least for a good life style only healthy food or healthy body is not important but also a positive mindset is necessary for a better life style.
Positive mind set is healthy mental and emotional attitude that only focuses the positive and good result.
Positive mindset or thinking is a power to improve our quality in relationships, society as well as our country.
